Gestion de Projets

La gestion de projets est une compétence clef de notre société. Nous utilisons les techniques les plus modernes de gestion pour assurer à nos clients un suivi efficace de leurs projets. Tout cela est possible grâce à une méthodologie de gestion de projet qui intègre la qualité, l'analyse des risques, les KPIs et le reporting objectif, en s’adaptant à chaque client, à chaque projet, et à chaque situation.

Dans la pratique, nos équipes de travail pluridisciplinaires coordonnent leurs efforts pour offrir les solutions préliminaires pour aborder le projet sous tous ses angles (le concept du produit, son développement, la phase d'industrialisation, la certification du produit, etc..). Et finalement nous accompagnons notre client pour le choix de la solution la plus pertinente.

À partir de là, nos équipes de spécialistes se chargent du développement nécessaire de l'activité d’ingénierie dans le périmètre du projet : la définition de produit, son développement, son industrialisation, ou le support tout au long du cycle de vie.

Notre système de gestion est accrédité par EN 9100, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 y ISO 27001.

Our Quality Management System outlines the policies, organization, procedures, and management committees tasked with achieving our target quality standards.

Our Head of Quality is responsible for monitoring all quality systems, and reports on their deployment, status and performance to the General Manager periodically. The Quality & Operations committee defines Overall Company Quality objectives, which are monitored by the management board.

As the highest Quality representative for The CT Engineering Group, CT authorizes Julien Brunet as our Head of Quality, to ensure the achievement of our quality objectives.
